Ceramic Workshop Supervisor

Location: China, JiangXi

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Ceramic Workshop Supervisor to oversee the ceramic production process. This role will involve managing a team of operators, maintaining equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality ceramic items, and continuously improving processes to meet production goals and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations in the ceramic workshop, including production scheduling, material handling, and staff management.

  • Ensure ceramic products meet the company’s quality standards, performing checks and monitoring the production process.

  • Supervise and train ceramic workshop staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed and efficiency is maximized.

  • Manage the setup, operation, and maintenance of ceramic production equipment.

  • Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve any production-related quality issues and improve product consistency.

  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays.

  • Analyze production data and identify areas for process optimization, implementing continuous improvements in workflow.

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures, promoting a safe work environment.

  • Report on production progress, performance, and any issues to upper management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a ceramic production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong understanding of ceramic production processes, including raw material handling, kilns, molding, and finishing.

  • Leadership skills with experience managing a team, training staff, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with production equipment.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments.

  • A background in ceramics, manufacturing, or industrial engineering is preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Quality Control (QC) Specialist

Location:China, Jiangxi or Shandong 
Type: Full-time

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Specialist to maintain and improve the quality of our products throughout the production process. In this role, you will monitor and inspect products, ensuring they meet both company standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the production, design, and packaging teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Perform quality checks on glass bottles, closures, packaging materials, and other products, using various testing methods and tools.

  • Identify and report defects or non-conformities in products, collaborating with the production team to resolve issues.

  • Document quality control results and maintain accurate records for compliance purposes.

  • Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.

  • Collaborate with production teams to recommend improvements and optimize quality standards.

  • Assist with regulatory compliance and ensure all products meet international standards.

  • Continuously monitor and assess quality metrics, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in quality control, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or glass industries.

  • Strong understanding of quality control processes, standards, and testing methods.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot issues before they become problems.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to create and interpret reports.

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of ISO standards and other industry regulations is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A degree or certification in Quality Control, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Boiler Operator for Glass Factory

Location: Shandong
Type: Full-time( three-shift rotation system)

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Boiler Operator who will be responsible for operating and managing the furnace and boiler systems in the glass factory. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-temperature environments and industrial equipment, ensuring safe and efficient energy production to support the glass manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and control the furnace and boiler equipment, ensuring smooth and safe operation during shifts.

  • Handle routine maintenance of the equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise, including cleaning and replacing combustion burners.

  • Record and measure operational data, ensuring compliance with quality system requirements and internal standards.

  • Monitor and manage the flue gas treatment area to ensure compliance with operational and environmental standards.

  • Perform maintenance work on material paths and associated systems to ensure production continuity.

  • Implement 5S standards and ensure adherence to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations in the furnace and boiler area.

  • Support the creation and updating of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

  • Address any abnormal situations that may arise, follow up on corrective actions, and provide feedback to relevant departments.

  • Assist in the production of colored glass according to specific production requirements.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure production goals are met.

  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the management, including assisting with overtime when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or higher; experience with gas equipment or furnace systems is preferred. College graduates with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.

  • Ability to work in a high-temperature workshop and control room environment.

  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.

  • Basic knowledge of EHS standards, quality systems, and basic computer operations.
